6000 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819, USA

Come face to face with the dinosaurs of Jurassic Park.

Set just after the time of the first Jurassic Park film, this themed land is the largest of the five Islands at Universal's Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida and features some thrilling rides and discovery-based exhibits. The Island takes place under the guise of the "real" Jurassic Park: a theme park / zoological park focused on dinosaurs. As such, the area is filled with the attractions and exhibits one would find in the "real" Jurassic Park.

Jurassic Park River Adventure

It's lunchtime... and you're on the menu! Take an unforgettable river raft ride through the jungles of Jurassic Park and see dinosaurs in their natural habitats.

Gently glide past an enormous Ultrasaurus. See a baby Stegosaurus and its mother. Watch out for the Dilophosauruses, commonly known as "spitters."

Suddenly you're bumped off course and into a restricted section of the park... the Raptor Containment Area. The power to the fences is down. The raptors have broken loose! You ascend into the Environmental Systems Building as chaos unfolds around you. The lights are out. Raptors stalk your every move. And your only escape from the terrifying jaws of a towering T-rex is an 85-foot plunge in total darkness!

Jurassic Park Discovery Center

Unearth the mysteries of the planet's prehistoric past in this hands-on interactive activity center. The Jurassic Park Discovery Center combines entertainment with education in a variety of informative exhibits and displays geared to children and adults. Visit the nursery and examine dinosaur eggs. If you're lucky you might even watch a baby velociraptor hatching.

Camp Jurassic

In this prehistoric playground kids can explore secret caves and wander through a mysterious amber mine. Clamber up and down dinosaur capture nets, play on a variety of themed slides, and negotiate suspension bridges. Take a walk down Thunder Lizard Trail and make the ground rumble with the roar of dinosaurs. Join in a water cannon fight in the containment paddock.

Pteranodon Flyers

Kids of all ages will enjoy this slow, gentle attraction that suspends riders beneath the 10-foot wingspan of a Pteranodon, a flying reptile thought to be one of the ancestors of today's birds.

Located in the Camp Jurassic play area inside Jurassic Park, the Pteranodon Flyers enable you to glide and soar through the air to get a prehistoric bird's-eye-view of the surrounding area. Note: This attraction is designed for children 36" to 56" in height. Guests over 56" in height must be accompanied by a child meeting the 36" height requirement.

Dinostore: If you’ve got a budding paleontologist in the family they’ll love this store filled with all sorts of dinosaur themed collectibles, toys, and apparel; dinosaur books; fossil replicas; and dinosaur related educational toys.

Jurassic Outfitters: This is where you can equip yourself for the jungles of Isla Nublar with official Jurassic Park apparel, hats, toys, adventure gear and more. The beach towels will also come in handy after the Jurassic Park River Adventure’s splashdown.

Thunder Falls Terrace: Now these are some bones you can really sink your teeth into. You'll be glad you're a meat eater when you catch the aroma of sizzling BBQ Ribs, Wraps, Rotisserie Chicken, Smoked Turkey Legs, Soup and Salads.

The Burger Digs: This is where Jurassic Park’s staff paleontologists take a break from unearthing fossils and dig in to mouth-watering Burgers and Garden Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Tenders and ice cold drinks.

Pizza Predattoria: The dinosaurs had to wait 65 million years to taste pizza this good, but you don't have to. Jurassic Park's own Italian eatery serves up Fresh Baked Pizzas, Meatball Subs, Chicken Caesar Salads and more.

The Watering Hole: You never know who you'll run into at The Watering Hole, from lounge lizards to hungry creatures seeking their next munchy snack. Here you'll find Hot Dogs, Wings, Chili, Nachos, Beer, Wine, Cocktails and Frozen Beverages.

Picture Spots

The area also features several photo spots with actual vehicles used in the Jurassic Park and The Lost World films, along with a Tyrannosaurus and Spinosaurus figure.
